Each year, we gather the best and brightest Emerging Artists in their 20’s & 30’s into a cohort that works together over the course of 9 months to learn, grow and produce a brand new Salon theatre show.

Our program that honors excellence in artistic talent and recognizes commitment to the ideals of our organization is fittingly named in memory of Abby Freeman, a beloved producer and performer who helped shape JWT in its early years and made a lasting imprint on both the organization and our community.
